Effective Basement Window and Area Well Waterproofing

Standard basement windows can become problematic for many different reasons. Brady's Waterproofing & Concrete offers two different options for window repairs.

In most cases, a waterproof decorative glass block window unit can be installed to replace the existing window. In addition to the glass block being waterproof, we include a new area well on the exterior, with proper drainage and gravel base in the bottom.

If glass blocks are not practical, we can eliminate the window in its entirety by bricking the opening up and waterproofing it from the exterior. We will remove the area well and backfill the hole completely.
